Information we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, the checkout is handled by JVZoo and its payment processors. We receive your name, email address, the products you bought, the price and transaction details. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us. If you email us or use a support form, we keep your message and contact details so we can help you.
- Email list. If you join our email list, we store your email address (and first name, if you give it) and basic engagement data such as opens and clicks.
- Website data. Our hosting provider may log technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and reliability. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
- Inside the product. Commission Goblin runs in your browser and stores your launches, pages and settings on your own device; we do not receive them. If you connect an AI provider with your own API key, your prompts are sent directly from your browser to that provider under its terms.
How we use it
- To deliver the products you bought and give you access to updates.
- To provide customer support and handle refunds.
- To send emails about your purchase and product updates and — where you have agreed, or where the law allows — related offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To prevent fraud, keep the site secure, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business — such as JVZoo (sales, delivery and affiliate tracking), payment processors, our email service provider and our web host — and only as needed for them to provide their services. If you bought through an affiliate's link, JVZoo records the referral so the affiliate can be paid, and affiliates may receive your name and email address to deliver bonuses they promised you. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep purchase records for as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes (typically up to seven years), support conversations for as long as they help us support you, and email list data until you unsubscribe.
